Roasted Veg

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes


  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Veg! - Whatever you like

  • Photo - carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, red onion, cherry tomato, garlic.

  • 2 ½  tsp GoldSpice



  1. Preheat the oven to 200c/180c fan.

  2. Add veg to baking tray. Cover well with olive oil and GoldSpice.

  3. Serve on its own or with your choice of protein.

 Top Tip - use GoldSpice over roasted meat and fish too!
