Myles' Mango!

GoldSpice Mango Smoothie

Serves 2

Cooking time: 1 min


  • 1 large Ripe Mango

  • 250ml Organic Coconut Rice Milk

  • Handful of Ice

  • 1 tsp GoldSpice

  • A good swig of Rum (!!)



  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend!

  3. Add more milk for reduced thickness.

  4. Add more rum for increased wobbliness.
