Grain-free Golden Waffles

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews

  • 3 tbsp Coconut Flour

  • 1/3 cup Plant-Based Milk

  • 3 tbsp Honey

  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

  • 1 tsp GoldSpice

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¾ tsp Baking Soda


Go nuts!


  • Mixed berries

  • Coconut Yogurt

  • Almond Butter

  • and a sprinkle of the Gold



  1. Preheat the waffle iron!

  2. Blend together the eggs, cashews, milk, honey, and melted coconut oil, until very smooth and creamy. 

  3. Add the salt, baking soda, coconut flour and GoldSpice. Blend again until incorporated.

  4. Oil up both sides of the iron with a little coconut oil. Pour the batter into the waffle iron (it might go everywhere, but you'll learn).

  5. Cook the waffles for a minute or two until crisp and golden.

  6. Experiment with toppings, and enjoy!
