50g Organic Oats
350 ml Plant-Based Milk
1/2 tsp GoldSpice
Soak oats over night (for improved digestion and nutrient absorption).
Drain and add to pot with high-quality plant-based milk (coconut milk is the💥)
Add 1/2 tsp coconut oil (increases the bioavailability of our spices)
Stir in 1/2 tsp of GoldSpice
Sever with fruit for sweetness, flaxseed for EFAs, and peanut butter for another hit of protein.
