  • 50g Organic Oats

  • 350 ml Plant-Based Milk

  • 1/2 tsp GoldSpice


Go nuts!


  • Grapes

  • Flaxseed

  • Peanut butter 

  • Mixed nuts



  1. Soak oats over night (for improved digestion and nutrient absorption).

  2. Drain and add to pot with high-quality plant-based milk (coconut milk is the💥)

  3. Add 1/2 tsp coconut oil (increases the bioavailability of our spices) 

  4. Stir in 1/2 tsp of GoldSpice

  5. Heat gently.

  6. Sever with fruit for sweetness, flaxseed for EFAs, and peanut butter for another hit of protein.
